We’re excited you’ve decided to call Park Millennium your home. Below is some information to help you get settled in. Of course, if you have any questions, please contact the Management Office.
All new residents are required to meet with the Management Office in order to get familiar with some basic policies and procedures of the building. Please contact the Management Office to schedule your brief session.
Requests to reserve and use the Freight Elevator must be made to the Front Desk or the Management Office. The Freight Elevator is available Monday thru Saturday 8AM – 4PM & 5PM – 8PM and on Sundays from 10AM – 2PM. The calendar of availability is located online to help in your planning.
Permission to Enter:
Guests or vendors who will visit your unit frequently may be added to the permission to enter form. Once done, the front desk will not contact you when this individual or vendor arrives. Vendors may also be designated to be given a key to enter your unit. Visit the Front Desk for more information.
Storage & Bike Room:
There are a variety of storage options available, starting at $5/month. Also, two bike rooms are available to store your bike(s). Residents who wish to store their bikes in their units need permission to do so, and should contact the Management Office for more information.
All of Park Millennium’s amenities are available for use 24 hours per day. To familiarize yourself with the policies for each area, please read the posted signs or consult the Rules and Regulations.
