NEW INTERNET SERVICE LAUNCHES FEBRUARY 20!
We're excited to announce SilverIP's High Speed Internet Service is just days away! Please note the important dates below:
February 20:SilverIP activates Internet Service via the Ethernet Port in each Unit. Remember to plug your router or computer into the ORANGE Ethernet Jack in your Unit.
February 21:SilverIP representatives will be in lobby from 4pm to 8pm to answer questions and offer immediate techical support if required.
February 28:Last date for owners to request in-unit Ethernet Port re-locations.
February 29:HiPoint Internet Service is disconnected.
March 1:Last date to return modems rented from HiPoint (with power cord) to Management Office to avoid $50 charge by HiPoint.
March 1:Every unit will be billed a non-optional $11/month beginning with the March Statement for a 30 Mbps Internet Connection.
Upgraded Speed plans & installing multiple Ethernet Ports are optionally available.

Unit Owners are required to notify neighbors (above, below, and on the same floor) about construction projects. If you hear construction noise and have not received notice from a neighbor, please notify the Management Office.

PARK MILLENNIUM EMERGENCY PLAN
As you may have seen in the recent news, a fire occurred last weekend in a high-rise building in Lakeview resulting in loss of life and extensive property damage. We would like to take this opportunity to remind all residents of the emergency procedures of Park Millennium. The emergency plan is available on the Park Millennium website at www.parkmillenniumchicago.com. You can find it under the link titled "Forms and Documents".

WATCH YOUR STEP
During winter, please watch for melted snow and wet floors to avoid slipping.
Also, swimmers are required to dry before entering the elevator.
If you see standing water, wet areas, or dripping swimmers then please notify the Front Desk or Management Office.
